Delivery is free for orders over €150 to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Romania, and Cyprus, over €170 to the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Ireland, and over €200 to the USA.
If the delivery of orders falls outside the specified weight limit or needs to be delivered to a country not listed, please contact us at info@nelabalas.com.

Payments on our e-shop are secured through the payment gateway of Comgate, a.s. – https://www.comgate.cz/cz/platebni-brana
The following payment methods are supported:
- Online Card Payment – after entering your card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), the payment is processed immediately. It takes place through a secure banking environment, and you will know the transaction result immediately. More about card payments.
