Each piece is designed with an emphasis on detail, feminine strength, and functionality. Production takes place in a carefully selected manufacturing facility with many years of experience. We use only premium materials that undergo quality and durability testing. Quality is not an added value for us – it is a foundation.

Our pieces are manufactured in a carefully selected facility in China, which has many years of experience in producing for high-end fashion brands. After thorough research, we decided on this collaboration primarily due to the balance of quality, precision, and available production volume. European manufacturers or production in Turkey or Bangladesh often required very high minimum orders or offered unreasonable prices. At the same time, we found that many of these European and Middle Eastern manufacturers still source materials from China or Korea. The choice of manufacturing facility was not random – production was preceded by a series of checks, tests, and communications to ensure a result that meets brand standards.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt at the latest. Delivery within Slovakia and the Czech Republic usually takes 1–3 business days. Exact times depend on the chosen delivery service. During collection launches, the delivery time may be slightly extended, but we will always inform you in advance.

Yes, we ship internationally. We currently deliver to the following countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Cyprus, United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, United Arab Emirates, and Ukraine.

For now, we operate exclusively online. However, we understand how important it sometimes is to experience the material, color, and cut firsthand. We are working to contract selected locations in the future – showrooms, concept stores, or partner stores – where our pieces will be displayed. We estimate that the first of these could be available within a year. Until then, we are also preparing pop-up events and intimate presentations, which we will announce first to our newsletter subscribers. Yes. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, with original tags. For exchanges, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to reserve the desired size. If a gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned with the product, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct its value.

We do not produce our pieces in unlimited quantities, nor are they limited editions. We continuously monitor demand – some models are sewn repeatedly. If something is sold out, mark the desired item as "track availability" and we will let you know when it is back in stock.

We currently support card payment, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with encryption and processed through a trusted payment gateway.

Every item is packaged with respect and care. If you want to give the order as a gift, just let us know in the notes – we will add gift wrapping and a personal touch.

Our materials are chosen with touch in mind – not just appearance. We primarily use natural fibers such as cotton, viscose, silk, or their premium blends. Each material is tested for softness, drape, and wear resistance.

Responsibility is a natural part of beauty for us. We do not produce for stock – we sew in small batches, minimizing overproduction. Our packaging is recyclable, production conditions are ethical, and each piece is meant to be durable, not seasonal. We believe in fashion that lasts, not fashion that fades.

Each garment includes a care label that explains how to maintain the quality of the item for as long as possible. In general, we recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing in cold water, using natural detergents, and not exposing items to high temperatures. Remember – quality clothing deserves gentle care.
