Refund policy

As a buyer – consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you are obliged to return, together with the goods, all items that were provided to you as a gift, bonus or other non-monetary benefit related to the purchase.

Please note, however, that:

1) In accordance with Section 19(1)(c), (d), (e) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the sale of:

a) goods made according to the consumer’s specific requirements,
b) goods that are subject to rapid deterioration in quality or perishability,
c) goods that have been unpacked after delivery and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear, hosiery and similar items, if their original hygiene packaging has been damaged).

How does the return process work?

1) Pack the goods – ideally in the original packaging (or otherwise securely).

2) Fill in the return form below or write the following details on a piece of paper:

a) order number,
b) your first and last name,
c) your account number (if you paid for the order by bank transfer).

You can send the form by email in advance or together with the goods.

3) Send the package to the following address:

Return conditions:

1) The goods must be unworn, undamaged and with all original tags,
2) The return is possible within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract (receipt of the return request),
3) The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the money no later than 14 days using the same method by which the order was paid.
