Manages and sets up the brand's overall marketing strategy. Plans and coordinates campaigns, manages advertising budgets (Meta, Google Ads), and analyzes campaign results. Collaborates with management on brand building and achieving performance goals.
Creates content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) – photos, videos, Reels, and Stories. Plans and prepares post publishing, writes captions, and maintains the brand's visual consistency. Monitors trends and actively engages the community.
Creates texts for the web, product descriptions, newsletters, welcome emails, and FAQ sections. Prepares content for marketing campaigns and ensures a consistent brand communication tone.
Responsible for professional communication with customers via email. Handles complaints, returns, delivery times, and other inquiries. Provides a personal, efficient, and prompt approach to every customer.
Manages warehouse processes, monitors stock levels, prepares packages, and checks product quality before dispatch. Ensures smooth delivery operations and collaborates with other teams for efficient logistics.
Designs visuals for both online and offline brand communication, including banners, email templates, stories, and printed materials. Prepares designs for brand identity and uses professional tools such as Canva. Ensures a consistent visual style for the brand and participates in the creative direction of projects.
Photographs products and models, shoots campaign videos, and collaborates on one-off projects and partnerships. Responsible for the professional quality of visual material and supports the marketing team in creating creative content for all brand channels.
Manages the e-shop, sets up products, prices, sizes, discounts, and coupons. Monitors system functionality, analyzes sales data, and proposes optimizations. Collaborates with marketing, logistics, and customer support for seamless online sales operations.
Optimizes packaging and delivery processes, plans the consumption of packaging materials, cards, and labels. Ensures a smooth flow of products from warehouse to customer and coordinates collaboration with the fulfillment team.
Manages invoices, prepares accounting, checks VAT and closings. Works with accounting systems and ensures the accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with legislative requirements. Coordinates financial processes in cooperation with company management.
