Withdrawal from the contract

As a buyer – consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you are obliged to return together with the goods all items that were provided to you as a gift, bonus or other non-monetary benefit related to the purchase.

Please note, that:

1) in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the sale of:

a) goods made to the consumer’s specifications,
b) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
c) goods which were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example underwear, swimwear, hosiery and similar items, if their original hygiene packaging has been damaged).

How does the return process work?

1) Pack the goods – ideally in the original packaging (or otherwise securely).

2) Fill in the form below and submit your request online.

3) Send the package to the following address:

Return conditions:

1) the goods must be unworn, undamaged and with all original tags,

2) return is possible within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract,

3) the customer bears the costs of return shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your money no later than 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the order.
